Cancellation Policy

Bookings for all appointment types need to be made via this website using the booking tool or as a walk-in at one of our clinics. Your appointment will be booked at a branch of your choice for which the location cannot be changed in less than 24 hours of your booking time.
To relocate your appointment to a different branch, please call or email the head office more than 24 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellation and Refund

If cancelled with more than 24 hours of notice before appointment time: You are entitled to a refund on the £35 deposit paid for the appointment minus the £10 admin fee for cancellation.
If cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice before your appointment time: Non-refundable.
No show: Non-refundable
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment for a maximum of 1 time since your first booking. This should be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations after rescheduling are non-refundable.
