Which labs are supported?
Any UK laboratory that issues PDF reports. The AI reads the biomarkers, values and reference ranges out of the file directly, so London Medical Laboratory, Medichecks, Randox, Blue Horizon, Thriva, Numan, The Doctors Laboratory and your own GP surgery all work.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is a wellness and lifestyle report to help you understand your results and have better conversations with your GP. We never diagnose conditions, never recommend medications, and every out-of-range biomarker is flagged as "please discuss with your GP".
How is my data protected?
Your PDF and the generated report are both encrypted (AES-256) before being saved. Only you can access them from your account. You can delete the source PDF, the report, or your entire account at any time.
How long does it take?
Usually 1-2 minutes after you upload. If the AI is busy it can take up to 5 minutes. You'll get an email when your report is ready.
What if my PDF is scanned or blank?
If the AI can't read the file, our team gets an alert and will look at it. When the failure is on our end, we return your token to your account so you can try again with a fresh PDF or a different lab. Just email us at [email protected] if you don't see the token back within a working day.
How many reports can I generate?
One token = one report. Buy as many tokens as you need — each one is valid 6 months. Great for tracking changes over time.
