SelectedThe Allergy & Food Sensitivity Test Bundle is a comprehensive at-home blood test that evaluates both allergic reactions (IgE) and food sensitivities (IgG) to help identify triggers that may affect your health and wellbeing. By combining two testing methods into one panel, it provides a broader picture of how your immune system responds to foods and environmental exposures.
The bundle measures:
98 allergens (IgE) - including environmental and food allergens
220 food sensitivities (IgG) - covering a wide range of commonly consumed foods
This dual approach helps uncover both immediate reactions (allergy) and delayed immune responses (sensitivities), which may contribute to ongoing symptoms.
The panel analyses immune responses across multiple food and environmental categories.
Includes a broad range of foods such as:
Fruits & Berries
Apple, banana, orange, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, pear, berries and more.
Grains & Cereals
Wheat, barley, rye, oats and other grains.
Dairy & Eggs
Milk proteins, cheese, yogurt, egg white and yolk.
Meat & Fish
Chicken, beef, pork, tuna, salmon and seafood varieties.
Vegetables & Legumes
Tomato, potato, soy, beans and other plant foods.
Nuts & Seeds
Almond, peanut, hazelnut, sesame and others.
Other Dietary Components
Yeast, coffee, cocoa/chocolate and additional dietary items.
The test covers both common and less common foods encountered in everyday diets.
Includes environmental and food allergens such as:
• Tree, grass and weed pollens
• House dust mites
• Animal dander (cat, dog, horse)
• Moulds and fungi
• Inhalant allergens
• Selected food allergens
These represent the most common triggers in the population.
Many people experience symptoms that may be linked to foods or environmental triggers but struggle to identify the cause. Because food sensitivities can produce delayed symptoms, connections between diet and symptoms are often missed.
You may benefit from this test if you experience:
• Digestive discomfort or bloating
• Fatigue or low energy
• Skin issues such as eczema or rashes
• Headaches or brain fog
• Nasal congestion or sneezing
• Seasonal symptoms
• Suspected reactions to foods
• Chronic inflammation symptoms
The bundle provides a more complete picture than testing either allergies or sensitivities alone.
Expanded benefit explanation
By assessing both IgE and IgG immune pathways, this bundle provides a broader understanding of how environmental exposures and foods may contribute to symptoms, helping guide more effective lifestyle and dietary strategies.
1. Order your kit
The test kit is delivered to your home.
2. Collect your sample
A simple finger-prick blood sample is taken.
3. Send to the laboratory
Return using prepaid packaging.
4. Receive your results
A personalised report with interpretation and guidance is delivered digitally.
No significant immune reaction detected.
Possible sensitivity or sensitisation - may correlate with symptoms.
Stronger immune reaction suggesting potential trigger exposure.
Results should always be interpreted alongside symptoms and clinical history.

Where possible, attend your blood test between 7am and 12pm. Please wait until any short-term illness or infection has fully resolved before testing. Avoid intense exercise for 24–48 hours beforehand, as this can affect certain markers.
Fasting is not always required, but some tests may recommend it. If fasting is advised, avoid food for 8–12 hours before your appointment and drink water only. Stay well hydrated, as this helps with sample collection and accuracy.
Continue prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your clinician. Avoid vitamin, mineral, or biotin supplements for at least 24–48 hours before your test, as these can interfere with results. If you are unsure about any medication or supplement, please let us know before your appointment.
For hormone-related tests, timing within your menstrual cycle may be important. If relevant, follow any specific guidance provided on your test page.
If you have any questions or special circumstances, our team is happy to advise before your appointment.
