SelectedThe Fertility Panel is a comprehensive blood test designed to assess the hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, and thyroid factors that affect the ability to conceive. Fertility is influenced by far more than reproductive hormones alone.
This profile includes:
• Full thyroid panel with antibodies (TSH, FT4, FT3, Anti-TPO, Anti-Tg)
• Full Blood Count (oxygen delivery and anemia check)
• Liver and kidney function
• Iron studies and ferritin
• Heart health and cholesterol balance
• Inflammation marker (CRP)
• Full reproductive hormone panel (FSH, LH, Oestradiol, Progesterone, Prolactin, Testosterone, SHBG, FAI)
• Diabetes markers (glucose, HbA1c, insulin)
• Stress hormones (cortisol, DHEA-S)
• Vitamin D
This combination identifies hidden barriers to conception.
Many fertility challenges are linked to thyroid imbalance, iron deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, insulin resistance, inflammation, or stress hormones rather than obvious reproductive problems.
Reasons for testing include:
• Difficulty conceiving
• Irregular menstrual cycles
• Suspected ovulation issues
• Previous miscarriage
• Low sperm quality concerns
• Fatigue and hormonal symptoms
• Thyroid disorder history
• PCOS symptoms
• Stress and adrenal fatigue signs
This panel helps uncover root causes affecting reproductive health.

WhatsApp UsFollow these guidelines for accurate results
Where possible, attend your blood test between 7am and 12pm. Please wait until any short-term illness or infection has fully resolved before testing. Avoid intense exercise for 24–48 hours beforehand, as this can affect certain markers.
Fasting is not always required, but some tests may recommend it. If fasting is advised, avoid food for 8–12 hours before your appointment and drink water only. Stay well hydrated, as this helps with sample collection and accuracy.
Continue prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your clinician. Avoid vitamin, mineral, or biotin supplements for at least 24–48 hours before your test, as these can interfere with results. If you are unsure about any medication or supplement, please let us know before your appointment.
For hormone-related tests, timing within your menstrual cycle may be important. If relevant, follow any specific guidance provided on your test page.
If you have any questions or special circumstances, our team is happy to advise before your appointment.
