1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (calcitriol)
This test measures 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D, the biologically active form of vitamin D. It is used to investigate calcium imbalance, kidney disease and...
This advanced panel builds on longevity optimisation testing to uncover deeper biological ageing drivers. It adds inflammatory cytokines, cardiovascular stress markers, oxidative balance, and fatty acid ratios.

SelectedThe Longevity Deep-Dive Panel is an advanced, systems-level longevity assessment designed for individuals who want a deeper understanding of biological ageing, disease risk, and long-term health optimisation.
It includes all biomarkers from the Longevity Optimisation Panel, with additional high-value markers that explore inflammation signalling, cardiovascular strain, oxidative stress, and fatty acid balance—areas that often drive ageing even when standard results look “normal”.
This panel is ideal for data-driven longevity, advanced biohacking, and preventive medicine strategies.
Identify deeper, hidden drivers of ageing and disease progression.
Many longevity risks sit beyond routine blood tests. Cytokine activity, oxidative stress, cardiac strain, and lipid signalling can quietly accelerate ageing and chronic disease long before symptoms appear.
This panel is designed to reveal those layers.
This includes core assessments of:
• Metabolic health
• Liver and kidney function
• Lipids and glucose control
• Thyroid function
• Hormonal balance
• IGF-1 and growth signalling
• Inflammation and nutrient status
Omega-3 / Omega-6 & Ratio
Evaluates fatty acid balance and inflammatory signalling. A high omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is strongly linked to cardiovascular disease, inflammation, and accelerated ageing.
Glutathione
The body’s master antioxidant. Low levels indicate oxidative stress, impaired detoxification, and reduced cellular repair capacity.
ProBNP
A sensitive marker of cardiac wall stress. Elevated levels can indicate early heart strain even in asymptomatic individuals.
TNF-α (Tumour Necrosis Factor-alpha)
A pro-inflammatory cytokine directly involved in ageing, insulin resistance, neuroinflammation, and chronic disease progression.
IL-6 (Interleukin-6)
A key inflammatory signalling molecule. Chronically elevated IL-6 is associated with frailty, cardiovascular disease, immune ageing, and reduced lifespan.
This panel is recommended if you:
• Want the most comprehensive longevity insight available
• Have already completed a baseline or optimisation panel
• Are managing inflammation, autoimmunity, or metabolic stress
• Have cardiovascular risk despite normal cholesterol
• Are focused on biological age reduction
• Are using peptides, supplements, or longevity protocols
• Want objective data to guide interventions
It is particularly useful when:
• Standard tests appear “normal” but symptoms persist
• Longevity interventions have plateaued
• There is a strong family history of chronic disease
• You want to track healthspan, not just lifespan
Expanded benefit explanation
This panel goes beyond risk detection and into mechanism identification, allowing interventions that directly target the biological processes driving ageing.
We offer two UK-wide options:
Clinic testing
• Choose your nearest UK clinic
• Blood sample collected by a clinician
• Samples analysed by an accredited laboratory

Both services are available UK-wide.
May indicate reduced resilience, antioxidant depletion, or impaired immune response.
Suggest balanced inflammation control, cardiovascular stability, and strong cellular defence systems.
Can signal chronic inflammation, cardiac strain, oxidative stress, or accelerated ageing pathways requiring intervention.
UK laboratory reference ranges are provided with all results.

WhatsApp UsFollow these guidelines for accurate results
Where possible, attend your blood test between 7am and 12pm. Please wait until any short-term illness or infection has fully resolved before testing. Avoid intense exercise for 24–48 hours beforehand, as this can affect certain markers.
Fasting is not always required, but some tests may recommend it. If fasting is advised, avoid food for 8–12 hours before your appointment and drink water only. Stay well hydrated, as this helps with sample collection and accuracy.
Continue prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your clinician. Avoid vitamin, mineral, or biotin supplements for at least 24–48 hours before your test, as these can interfere with results. If you are unsure about any medication or supplement, please let us know before your appointment.
For hormone-related tests, timing within your menstrual cycle may be important. If relevant, follow any specific guidance provided on your test page.
If you have any questions or special circumstances, our team is happy to advise before your appointment.
